Guests can enjoy the entire flat which includes a large open plan living-dining area with two south-facing windows overlooking the Port of Nice and the Castle Hill. Separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with gorgeous views All the apartment was fully renovated in the summer of 2017 and offers A/C. Listed building, period features, high floor with elevator. Guests have full access to the entire apartment. Secure parking for bicycles in the building. We are always available for our guests. We will always welcome you personally and offer you a wealth of information on the area, Nice and the region. L'appartement se trouve dans le quartier du port, à deux pas du Vieux Nice, de la Place Garibadi et de la Promenade des Anglais. Faciles d'accès, les transports en commun vous mènent facilement jusqu'à Monaco, Menton, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat ou Eze. Car parks are available in the immediate vicinity. Bike paths and buses start in front of property to all parts of town, Monaco and all coastal towns along the coast. Boat services to Corsica start at the port opposite the building.

The suite at Eze village Sea View

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 15 avril au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

L'appartement se compose d'un séjour/salle à manger avec une grande table pour 6, de deux chambres avec lits doubles de 160x200, d'une salle de bains avec douche, d'une cuisine équipée et de WC séparé. Gay friendly. Situé entre Magnan et le prestigieux quartier,de Fabron, l'appartement se trouve à sept minutes à pied du bord de mer, du tramway qui vous ramène au centre-ville et de la Promenade des Anglais. Perché sur les hauteurs, il offre une vue incroyable.
