Villa Vintiana is located in the peaceful village of Pješčana Uvala, just 1.8 km from the sea and beaches, while the center of Pula is 5 km away. Set on a 1,100 m² plot, it offers 225 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy their holiday together while maintaining privacy.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI

It is a building of three apartments. Your apartment is on the first floor. I live on the ground floor with my family.
