The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large terrace with a comfortable seating area and private swimming pool. The house offers two covered parking spaces. It is ideal for families who want a peaceful vacation.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

The house has a main house and a separate guest house - in total four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and two kitchen. It is fully equipped and air-conditioned. wifi, SAT-TV, parking spot provided. The vicinity of shops, restaurants and beaches makes this house ideal for spending holidays with family or friends.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
