It`s very close from the house to many things: 300 m to the beach, 20 m to the bakery, 50 m to the grocery, 20 m to a wonderful café, 30 m to the church, 50 m to the square with nice restaurants and pubs. 300 m to the harbour.

House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.
