Welcome to Chatswood Sydney, Australia! This is a newly built, spacious, comfortable, private one bedroom apartment. Perfect for a solo traveller or couple to relax and enjoy the serenity of the bush, with easy access to Chatswood, Macquarie Uni and Sydney CBD. Also available for longer term bookings - please enquire if dates not available on platform. A sofa bed is available to use. Note that this space is not available for children. Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. There is a private deck off the bedroom where you can enjoy breakfasts or sundowners (weather permitting). The property is situated apart from the main residence and has a separate and private entrance.

Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.
