Our little guest house is perfect for a couple wishing to explore the local area. 5 minutes from Solihull, 10 minutes from the NEC and airport 15 minutes to Birmingham City Centre 20 minutes to Warwickshire 50 minutes to the Cotswolds There is a private entrance via a shared garden, a small kitchen and living room. The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival.

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

The property is a spacious one-bedroom home on the first floor with elevated aspects over the centre of the town. It is built of local honey-coloured stone with deep sash windows and dates from the late Georgian era. The property can sleep three, with one king sized bed, and a quality sofa bed in the living room. PLEASE note the sofabed is available on request and there is a a small charge for the extra bedding.
