It’s a short walk (100yds?) from a public beach on Lake Ontario and includes a 60’ dock on Port bay w/ 2 kayaks. The place has good WiFi, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc. a small utility room has a washer, dryer for laundry.
