North Side 2 story apartment on 2nd and 3rd floors. Large deck with Weber gas grill and patio table and chairs. Large deck off of master bedroom with king size bed. There are 1 1/2 baths with a washer and dryer. Both decks overlook the bay with amazing sunsets. The bay has striped bass, seals, Egrets, Great Blue Herons and many other birds. Mitsubishi heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Kayaks are available for use in the bay. Enjoy a short walk across the street to the beach (100 yards)

Take a walk on the Greenway to Bug Light park or towards Knightville for some food and drink options.

Separate entrance, spacious sleeping/living room, lots of windows, DOUBLE bed, couch, AC, TV, cable & WiFi, 3/4 bath. We disinfect spaces with UVC lamp & hospital-grade cleaning products as part of our deep cleaning & disinfection protocols, often closing between guests. Distance check-in. WALK to local fresh market, restaurants, cafes & bars for takeout or eat in.

Spacious and Comfortable Private Apartment

Third floor (i.e. stairs) spacious apartment with a private entrance. Walking distance to Thompson’s Point, Maine Med and many other trails and attractions. The Old Port is a 5 minute drive (1.5 mi.). There is plenty of free street parking available. Space heaters warm the space in the winter, and a/c is provided in the summer. The house is shared by first floor tenants while our family occupies the second floor. Again, several stairs to navigate, but quite comfortable once you settle in!
