We live on the property (so we're here if you need us) but you are 100 feet from us, way out in the backyard. (It's private!) Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation!

In the beautiful and quaint village of Cape Porpoise, Kennebunkport, you’ll find our cottage, just two doors down from Nunans Lobster Hut and a 3-minute walk to Cape Porpoise Kitchen and Bradbury’s Market. Built in 1880, and after a complete renovation, we’d love to have you as our guests! We added many windows, to bring the outdoors in. Lots of light! The two added balconies make for a wonderful place to sit and talk or just stare into space. Lots of stars! Air conditioning!

Our year round beach guest house is an oceanfront dream for a single or couple's retreat. Come relax by the sea. Listen to the waves crashing right outside your door. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Escape to a peaceful, lakeside retreat with a secluded sun-lit deck and private dock with incredible views of Sunrise Lake, plus a 4-person hot tub, and seasonal amenities like a pedal boat, two kayaks, a SUP board, gas fire table, central A/C, a pellet stove, and snowshoes. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. The sunsets can be unbelievable!

The Little Cottage - Under the Trees & By the Sea

It's been called Magical Maine and that it is. Located just 1.5 hours from Boston, Ogunquit is a quaint coastal town offering restaurants, shopping, wild-life & hiking at Mt Agamanticus and, best of all, the beach! Our little home is tucked away on a 1/2 acre of wooded land just down the way from a frog pond, but still within walking distance to town and the beach. Perfect for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, reunion amongst friends or even solo trip!

Cottage at Footbridge Beach Ogunquit

Our one bedroom cottage is a perfect spot to enjoy all the beach life has to offer! This charming cottage is just a few minute walk to the Footbridge and Ogunquit beach and close to many popular restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a queen size bed , tiled bathroom, cozy living area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Limited marsh views from the private outdoor space with room to grill and relax. All linens provided

#5 Salt Bay Cottage

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage #5 is a 2 bedroom historic cottage with soothing beach colors and is well appointed with comfortable furnishings. Completely updated Cottage with a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans for those times when you may just want to stay in. The cottage also has a private back deck with a gas grill. A short walk to the 7 mile stretch of beach and Atlantic waves. Yes, pets are allowed.
