Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Whether you want to curl up by the log fire, visit stately Belvoir Castle, walk the canal paths or visit the decadent Chocolate Cafe, you will come back to a stylish, comfortable newly converted little barn. It has a kitchen with Neff combi oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, breakfast bar and Franke belfast sink. Upstairs to bespoke double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom and downstairs sitting room have french windows. Fast internet via cat6 cable to router make remote working easy

Bridle Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set next to Hartshay Brook and along a beautiful Bridle lane, amidst rolling countryside with stunning walks straight from the door. Lower Hartshay is a hidden gem, a tiny rural village in Derbyshire. The cottage is along a former tow path behind a picket fence. Inside it boasts a quirky layout with log burner,beams and a stone stairwell to the large kitchen. Enjoy the paddock to the front and seating terrace to the rear looking over the brook.

Welcome to our charming little cottage set in the heart of Castle Donington, a delightful cosy property providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, with original features complemented by modern touches. Centrally located, 1 min walk to high street. Close to Donington Park Race Track & East Midlands airport. Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

2-bedroom home in the heart of West Bridgford

Welcome to our 2-bedroom home in West Bridgford, just a 4-min walk from Central Avenue (the home to restaurants & bars). Enjoy a spacious open-plan living with a 65" lounge TV (Sky Go, Netflix, etc), cozy bedrooms with luxury bedding (towels included), office space with 2-monitors and a garden retreat for those sunny days. Welcome gift: choice of prosecco or white/red wine for your arrival! Nottingham city centre is only a 12 minute drive/uber away! Free on-street parking included!

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

Newtons Corner is a beautiful and secluded 2-bed Barn Conversion with stunning panoramic country views. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub (with bubble spa) and enjoy the view! A 10 mins walk to the main entrance of Donington Park Race Circuit, this is the ideal luxury stay if attending a racing event. You are welcome to walk in the surrounding woodlands and fields, which belong to your hosts, the Donington Estate. Located minutes from the historic market town of Melbourne, Derbyshire.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

Set in the Vale of Belvoir between Cropwell Bishop and Colston Bassett a self contained annex is offered. The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.
