With ocean and canal views in the heart of Carolina Beach this little gem comes with a full service kitchen, a nice sized bathtub, and a king size bed! The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Everything that you need is available to enjoy the beach with the access being just a few steps away.

Our newly renovated home has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces and is centrally located to Historic Downtown (3.2mi), UNC(2.2mi) Wrightsville Beach (5.4mi)and in walking distance to Whole Foods, Independence Mall and several restaurants. Comfy seating to enjoy the 65 inch TV with cable, Apple TV and high speed internet, the kitchen island or the Adirondack chairs on the new deck are the perfect spots to relax after enjoying all that Wilmington has to offer.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
