Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Mulberry Cottage Malmesbury

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With its own private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Towels are provided too, all you need to bring is yourself! (logs provided Dec and Jan only)

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Romantic Country Escape - Superking, Sauna, Gym

“Through the Willows” is a luxurious self contained cabin room set in the 4.5 acres of our Tudor farm. It has a super king bed, bathroom with shower, seating area, smart TV and a good sized table to have breakfast. There is a small utility area with a fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a KitchenAid toaster and kettle. A breakfast basket is provided. Give yourself the weekend off cooking and walk into historic Bradford on Avon with its wonderful restaurants and pubs.

Wylye Valley Guest Cottage

The perfectly designed place for your country break, a pit stop en route to Cornwall or a place to flop for a country wedding. Relax by the wood burner or have a deep soak in the bath in winter, and enjoy the gardens and sun soaked terrace in the summer. Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!

Luxury lodge in idyllic riverside setting

Hare House' is a warm, beautifully decorated lodge set in glorious countryside, but within walking distance of shops, cafes and pubs in the ancient town of Wilton. Perfect for couples seeking total relaxation. We cannot accommodate infants or children. Snuggle up in front of the Swedish log burner and sleep in a super king size bed with luxurious bed linen. Perfect base for Stonehenge, Salisbury, New Forest, Bath and Dorset beaches - in easy driving distance.

A spacious, self contained 1 bed first floor apartment set in two acres of garden. Tucked away on a quiet village lane but within walking distance to the village pub, Indian restaurant, butchers and shop. Within close proximity to the historic city of Bath and the local market towns of Devizes, Marlborough, Chippenham, Melksham and Calne with regular bus links to all. Perfect for a short business trip, sightseeing or a relaxing break.

There are wonderful woodland walks from the property, and two village pubs within walking distance
