My apartment is situated in a prime location in Rockdale with cafes, restaurants, shops, train station and beach nearby! It is a new building with all new furnishings and lift access. You will have your own room and bathroom, with shared living area, kitchen and balcony with myself. Lots of storage space with a large built in robe. The bedroom is bright with a smart TV with access to my Netflix. The room is not air-conditioned, though has window sea breeze, open door and fan. 1x onsite parking
