THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. Downstairs offers a cosy open plan kitchen/living room area, complete with a breakfast bar and ambient lighting. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. There is one double bed upstairs and one 2-seater sofa bed downstairs in the living room, so could sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Private parking is also available for up to 2 cars.

The cabin has a sleek en suite bathroom & internal kitchen, enabling you to remain cosy throughout your stay.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Knotwood Farm is a 300 year old Farmhouse with loads of character situated just outside the historic Town of Stony Stratford and host a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK Railway Station. The fast train is approx 40 mins to London (Euston) or 50 mins Birmingham (New Street).
