We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

Marina, Beaches, Coffs creek , Jetty markets and pet porpoise pool within walking distance. *Note we live upstairs and during reasonable hrs there may be some noise.
