Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Lakeside Lodge- 'Lapwing'

A private lakeside lodge with its own hot tub. A two-person, interior-designed studio space situated on edge of private lake. Hot tub, deck with Outdoor furniture, lounge area, a fully functional kitchen, shower, and a bedroom area with a handmade double bed and clothes rail, as well as all the modern cons. Wild swimming, paddle sports & SUP all available to guests, at an additional cost. Please note there is intentionally no TV or WIFI in the hope you can switch off from the rat race!!

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!
