Backyard bungalow near hospital

Our backyard offers a peaceful retreat in the heart of Wodonga. The bungalow is cosy with its own bathroom and private courtyard where you can either hide from the world or use it as a base to explore the region. The enclosed backyard is safe for pets and small children. Please note that our place is popular with pet owners, and although I clean thoroughly, some guests have complained about a general smell of dogs. If you are sensitive to this, you may want to consider booking elsewhere.

Rail trails for walking or cycling are nearby as is the Kiewa River and the Hume Weir for fishing and boating enthusiasts.

Located 800m to the heart of Beechworth's shops, cafes & only minutes to Lake Sambell, walking and riding trails & Chinese Gardens.

If you want a comfortable, clean and private place to rest your head after checking out all the Victorian High Country has to offer, then this is the place for you! The guest space is within a family farm house but completely private with a separate entrance. We’re on a 55 acre farm near Mt Pilot, surrounded by National Park, mountain tracks and beautiful views. On offer is a double room with large ensuite, large lounge area with a sofa bed, private entrance + parking at the front.

This cottage, named Alice Harding after the well known peony cultivar, is set amongst an established garden with oaks, Japanese maples, liquid ambers, claret ash and tulip trees. The setting provides a great place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying all that this area has to offer.

Enjoy the rail and mountain bike trails close by, with everything else in Victoria’s famed North East just an easy drive away.
