Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances.
