Our rustic house, exactly 100 years old, has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully designed in a modern style, while preserving its authentic Istrian character. For us, it is not just a house, but a place filled with stories, warmth, and soul — a place we are happy to share with you. Surrounded by nature, with a private pool and close to the sea, it is perfect for families and their pets. Luxury Villa NIKI in Olive garden

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Ispred kuće nalazi se veliki bazen dužine 14,50 metara i površine 65 m2. Kuća ima okućnicu od 5500 m2. Prva plaža nalazi se na udaljenosti od 10 km, dok se turističko središte Rabac s prekrasnim plažama nalazi na udaljenosti od 20 km.

Villa ima 5 zvjezdica, veličine 200 m2 i uključuje pet spavaći soba, četiri kupaonice i 1 zajednički WC. U selu se nalazi dvije trgovine a blizina prekrasne plaže je na 7 minuta hoda. Plaža posjeduje plavu zastavu i kristalno čisto more.Domaćin govori engleski.
