Enjoy the beautiful views from this comfortable family home located in the peaceful village of Alex, ideally placed between the medieval town of Annecy, Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountains. Lounge out on the terrace and soak up the sunshine or enjoy a day on the mountain and curl up in front of the fire with a good book. The area offers many activities: lake swimming, hiking, cycling, parapenting, canyoning, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, skiing, snow shoeing and sight seeing etc.

You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Vous pourrez vous rafraîchir dans la piscine et utiliser le barbecue. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Ma maison est idéalement située pour la pratique des sports nautiques et sports d'hiver, pour les randonnées pédestres, cyclistes, mais aussi pour la détente et admirer les beaux paysages Savoyards.

Savoyard chalet surrounded by nature, at the foot of hiking trails, in a charming village. Splendid views on the surrounding mountains from the Chalet and the terrace. Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

Notre maison, dans le charmant village d'Alex, est parfaitement située pour visiter la région d'Annecy en famille. Elle est parfaitement adaptée pour un couple avec enfants. Nous sommes à mi-chemin entre les stations de ski des Aravis comme La Clusaz ou le Grand-Bornand (20 min), le lac (6 min) et la ville d'Annecy (15 min) Au départ de nombreuses randonnées pédestres, cyclistes et à deux pas de sites renommés de parapente Bienvenue chez nous!

In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

Venez profiter d'un superbe point de vue sur le lac d'Aiguebelette. Vous apprécierez la piscine disponible de mai à fin septembre, le spa privé disponible toute l’année ainsi que le sauna extérieur au feu de bois et ses terrasses. Le logement, proche de la sortie 12 de A43. Nous sommes de 49 minutes à 1 h des stations de ski. Cette location est uniquement pour 2 personnes adultes.
