Verscholen in een van de hofjes in het centrum van Breda staat een oude school uit 1887. Deze is volledig gerenoveerd en omgebouwd tot een prachtig loft. Overdag vrij toegankelijk, in de avond sluit de poort van het hofje, voor jou met de sleutel te open. Zet 50 stappen buiten de poort en je staat op de Grote Markt met allerlei leuke kroegen en restaurants. Aansluitend vind je ook de winkelstraat. Treinstation op 15min lopen. Ons huisje is vooroorlogs, maar helemaal opgeknapt tot een moderne, warme en sfeervolle Bed & Breakfast. Waar vroeger het toilet buiten in de tuin stond en de bedstede midden in de woonkamer, hoef je tegenwoordig voor douche en toilet het huisje niet meer uit. Binnen is het knus door de warme aankleding en de sfeervolle houtpellet kachel. ’s Avonds is het er na een dag golven, sauna of wandelen heerlijk vertoeven bij de haard onder het genot van een drankje. Goede wifi ook om te werken.

Het buitenhuis is een zeer comfortabele woning, geschikt voor vakantie of werken vanuit huis. Het is een ruime sfeervolle woning met open keuken, woonkamer, 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan de achterzijde is er een terras met zithoek en hottub en prachtig uitzicht. De bedden zijn opgemaakt. Honden zijn welkom, omheinde tuin. Gelegen in Rijsbergen aan de weg van Breda naar Zundert, net buiten de bebouwde kom met supermarkten, bakker en restaurants, wandel- en fietspaden dichtbij.

Kom genieten in het tuinhuis, gelegen in de tuin, van het monumentale pand Withof. Compleet met prive wellness (jacuzzi en sauna). Het gastenverblijf is voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij bieden de gasten zoveel mogelijk privacy, maar soms kan je ons even tegenkomen in de tuin. Ook je viervoeter is op aanvraag welkom (+€15,-). Breda, de bossen, Nationaal park de Biesbosch en vele voorzieningen zoals supermarkt, apotheek, restaurants in de directe omgeving.

Dit knusse "Tiny house" staat in onze achtertuin. Het is een gezellige ruimte met comfort. Zo is er oa een espresso apparaat en een comfortabel bed en een pellet-kachel. De tuin is groen en schaduwrijk, er staat in de zomer een zwembad om even in af te koelen. Op fietsafstand in Breda centrum ongeveer 15 minuten. De omgeving rondom het huis en Breda is bos- en waterrijk. Laat u verrassen!!
