Racons del Fort: Castle in wine territory

A stone building from 1694 having a shape of a fortified castle in the village of Capmany only 14 minutes away from Figueres and 26 minutes from Roses. The fortified construction has a big garden, two terraces, and a covered outdoor space with a pergola. Swimming pool will be ready April 2022. Capmany has more than ten wineries and your host Yves can teach you about local cuisine in form of: private dinners, hands-on cooking classes, or local experiences visiting wineries and food producers.

La mas Miraflors est situé à Perpignan, tout près des plages de Canet, Toreilles, Barcares... Nous sommes accolés à un domaine viticole, et donc entourés de vignobles. La proximité avec deux routes n'est en rien une gêne, le lieu reste très reposant et calme, car sur un monticule entouré d'un parc arboré. Cette situation permet de profiter d'un accès facile aux plages mais aussi au centre ville de Perpignan. De plus, depuis l'espace Piscine, nous profitons d'une vue magnifique sur le Canigou.

A unique place, of exceptional beauty, where absolute tranquility reigns in the middle of an exuberant nature. The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. It has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bathrooms, garden and terrace.

You will be able to rest inside our 1890 modernist castle in a cozy ground floor apartment surrounded by a lovely wood, with pool, horses, kitchen garden, hens, tennis table & bikes. We will be delighted to have you staying in your part of the big house and sharing our pool. If we're there, we will love showing you around and recommending places to visit.

La piscine reste partagée avec les autres gites, se trouvant eux de l'autre côté du château. La piscine est à l'écart du château, et est entourée d'un grand espace arboré.

Mas catalan situé à Perpignan, et proche des plages, notamment de Canet. Le mas se trouve au milieu des vignes, entouré d'un parc arboré, et juste à côté d'une cave, pour les amateurs de vin. Il reste toutefois facile d'accès grâce aux routes assez proches, Perpignan centre est à seulement 10 min tandis que Canet plage est à 5 min.

Le premier et le plus grand fait 180m²avec 5 chambres et 3 sde/sdb dont 2 attenantes aux chambres. Le plus petit fait 60m² avec une chambre et une sde attenante à la chambre.
