If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. Watch red squirrels and birds through the big window in your kitchen-diner. The studio has been recently renovated and sits back from the road on a quiet street and within walking distance of local amenities. There are lots of walks from the property where you can explore our lovely village and local area or why not hike up one of Perthshire's many Munros.

A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.
