The eco-friendly property was built in 2015. It accommodates 2 houses and provides; parking, its own private terrace and access to a large open garden. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Flat not suitable for small children.

Avec son grand jardin et une chambre à l'étage, ce chalet est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature. Les activités sont multiples en été : vtt, trail, randonnées, paddle, baignades au lac ou en rivière, grimpe et en hiver : ski, ski de randonnée, raquettes, patinoire.

Our 'Duplex' in the old town of Vevey can accommodate up to 5 adults plus 2 small children. On the 1st floor there is a suite with a large bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are two separate rooms with shared shower/WC and a kitchen with dining room. The kitchen has direct access to a very large common terrace with bar and grill. Lake view from all rooms. Swimming in the lake directly in front of the house. Car free zone, public transport nearby, cycling recommended.

Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.
