You will enjoy staying in this 3 bedroom cosy and quirky late 19th century railway sleeper cottage situated next to Deshar Woods in the popular village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore. We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

The Bothy is a 2 bedroom lodge fully furnished in a cosy cottage style with everything you could need for a relaxing stay in the Cairngorm National Park. The generous sized master bedroom has built in wardrobes and a small en suite. The cosy second bedroom sleeps two in single beds and a further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the light and airy living room. Enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views across the fields and watch the sunset from the west facing decking.

Ideally situated in the beautiful village of Boat of Garten in the Scottish Highlands our newly refurbished 2-bedroom annexe apartment with its own private entrance comfortably sleeps 4 people. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed and adult size bunkbeds) a lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. There is also a secure bike shed for up to 4 bikes. 1 well behaved dog is welcome.
