Mallard is a traditional underdwelling with wonderful original features including beams and barrelled ceilings. It is tucked away high above the river, reached directly by a path and has a lovely view from its own garden to the sheltered woodland beyond. The private hot-tub is available for an additional cost. Exclusive use of the owners off-site private spa - indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna & outside Swimspa is also available for an additional charge, subject to availability.

Set in the Heart of The Peak District, we have placed our beautiful fully equipped Shepherd's Hut in a spectacular setting with views right across the Hope Valley and Castleton. Our hut is designed to the highest of standard, with everything from under floor heating to wireless charging points. From the moment you approach our Shepherds Hut you are greeted with motion sensor exterior lights, open the doors kick off your shoes and feel right at home with warmth from the under floor heating.

Country Manor

Country Manor is a traditional and period party house that promises a perfect blend of historic charm, social entertainment, and relaxation. With nine spacious bedrooms and seven bathrooms, our property is the ideal choice for grand celebrations of up to 32 guests. Uppergate Farmhouse Apartment

The one-bedroom apartment is located in a self-contained wing of a listed farmhouse. Oak beams, flag floors, with every modern convenience. The en-suite bedroom can sleep up to 2 (plus a cot) and 1 pet; the apartment has a fully equipped, fitted, modern kitchen/dining/living area and a patio with car parking space. A swimming pool with sauna is available to book at extra charge. We can not guarantee availability of pool slots less than 2 weeks before the booking.

Teal cottage is all on the ground floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private hot tub* and exclusive use of the owners private pool* available. There is ample private parking. Tucked away up a long private drive, this isolated cottage has stunning views from every room and from the patios and hot-tub. However, it is only a ten minute walk down into (usually vibrant) Holmfirth. *Use of the hot tub and pool available at additional cost see below for more details.

Eider cottage with private hot-tub & spa options

Eider cottage - charming listed weavers cottage with many original features, tucked away behind the church in the very centre of this quaint village. 3 Bedrooms - Situated in truly rural surroundings, with some spectacular views from the location, this is an ideal base from which to visit the many attractions the area has to offer. Taddington Barns (including Badgers Wood, Robins Nest, Swifts Retreat and The Manor House) have been sympathetically restored to fully reflect their character, with exposed beams, wooden floors and carefully co-ordinated fabrics and furnishings being used throughout.
