South bank is a beautiful late Georgian ground floor garden flat over two floors, just 5 minutes walk from the town centre and opera house. It holds an elevated and leafy south facing position with views over the town and surrounding countryside. The flat has 2 spacious double bedrooms, one of which boasts a super king bed. The double bedroom is down some stairs. It has recently been sympathetically refurbished to a high standard by the owners. This includes, an excellently equipped kitchen/diner with a separate equally well equipped utility/pantry, a lovely, spacious and comfortable sitting room with a large south facing picture bay window and all the style and grandeur that one may expect from a property of this era. Located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk into town. Off road shared parking at the front and plenty of on street parking at the back. The flat may not be suitable for infants re open staircase.
