Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Bienvenue dans ce grand studio refait à neuf avec un balcon dans le 16ème arrondissement de Paris, très fonctionnel et propre. Grand fenêtres cuisine équipée (machine à laver/sèche-linge, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, machine à café Nespresso Vertuo...). Grande TV et wifi très rapide, Lit escamotable très comfortable et haut gamme 140/200. Lit fait à l’arrivée avec des draps en Cotton d’Égypte. Parallèle seine, derrière Radio France et 3mins marche au pont javel Balcon très agréable meublé.

Il est situé face au principal commissariat de Paris, rendant le quartier très sûr. Vous aurez accès, GRATUITEMENT, sur simple demande, pour 2 personnes, à volonté, à une salle de FITNESS et une magnifique PISCINE historique Art Déco, récemment restaurée, très rafraîchissante en été, situées à 4 MN de l’appartement.

☀️ Cosy studio close to the Buttes Chaumont

Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

Cozy and very well located apartment

Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.

La Maryzette , vue magnifique sur l'oise .

Bienvenue dans notre chaleureux studio lumineux avec une magnifique vue sur l'oise situé en plein centre ville , tout est à proximité:-) L'isle adam est une ville touristique à 32km de Paris :-) c'est un des plus beaux détours de France et a été classé la ville la plus agréable de France en 2019 ;-)
