Hidden away on the lovely wooded hillside of the Derwent Valley between Bakewell and Matlock, within 3 miles of Chatsworth House & Haddon Hall. Great for walkers, situated up a quiet lane, with fantastic walks from the front door through woodland, fields or moorland. .

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Periwinkle Cottage

A truly delightful, mid terraced, natural stone-built cottage in the picturesque village of Great Longstone in the Peak District. Oak floors and exposed stone walls add to the character of this cottage, added to that the wood burner to curl up by after a day exploring this beautiful part of the country. The pretty village of Great Longstone is set in a wonderful location in the heart of the Peak District National Park, flanked by Longstone Edge, with Bakewell and Chatsworth House close by.

Edge Cottage is nestled in the picturesque village of Curbar with magnificent views of Curbar Edge. This 2 bedroomed cottage has a stylish home from home feel with lots of little touches, free Wifi, free parking & a cottage garden to enjoy. Spacious cottage for 4, but can sleep 6. A great base to visit Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Castleton, Hathersage and the Hope Valley. Dog friendly, we charge an additional £30 per dog for the duration of your stay. We can accept up to 1 dog.

Willow Cottage Newly renovated quaint cottage

Nestled away in the village of Youlgrave, in the heart of the Peak District National Park this newly renovated cottage is the perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and single travellers looking to get away from it all. It is a great place for walkers and cyclists with access to the Limestone Way, White Peak Way and the Alternative Pennine Way. There are three public houses which all serve home cooked food using local produce and there are two bakeries, a deli and post office.

Quince Cottage is a beautifully restored 19th-century stone cottage nestled in the heart of Ashford-in-the-Water, one of the Peak District's most picturesque villages. Full of character and charm, it offers the perfect blend of historic features and modern comfort. Just a short stroll from welcoming pubs, a renowned restaurant, a tea room and village shop, it's an ideal base for exploring Chatsworth, the Monsal Trail and the stunning Peak District countryside.
