A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

Kemp’s Loft - with Power Supply

Come stay at our unique loft space where you will get to experience our private 1-bed stylish “tiny home”. This unit is best suited for 2 people, but can accomodate 4 with 2 people on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The quirky bedroom is upstairs and sits in a space that has low ceilings to give a cosy slumber feel. This is a self-catering, load-shedding friendly unit, fully equipped with gas cooking, gas geyser and an alternative power supply to keep the wifi and TV running during loadshedding.

Come and experience the cute little 20ft shipping container that has been turned into a cozy stay for a single or couples. The functional kitchen with all the basic necessities will be all you need to create a romantic dinner, or even just a coffee for yourself - both of which can be enjoyed with a tree-top view from the deck. The shower is surprisingly spacious and the gas geyser ensures hot water always. This space aims to delight and invoke a sense of serenity as you focus on the basics.

The apartment is beautifully renovated and ideal for both leisure and business. It has two workstations for guests who are traveling on business, and a picturesque bedroom. The separate lounge has two comfortable couches (not for sleeping). The large kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and sink. The apartment is on the ground floor and easy to access. Guest parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is close to Montclair Mall.

View the rich bird life as they chirp on the nearby trees. The loft is open plan with honest, thoughtful and raw finishes. It is not fancy but rather tastefully & uniquely built. It is an experiment of materials, comfort & details. The kitchenette is fully equipped & shower concealed by a cute barn door.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city.
