Our spacious ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location with panoramic views of the open countryside. It offers a private pool, parking and immediate access to the beautiful Dee Valley and onto the World Heritage Llangollen canal. A short 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Llangollen with it's shops, bars, restaurants and steam railway. Snowdonia, North Wales and the historic city of Chester all within an hour's drive. <b>Outdoor heated pool is open from June to end August<b>

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Barn conversion, pool, peacocks, ducks and hens

This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

The nut house is situated on a decked area at the bottom of a beautiful garden where you will find wood sculptures, many flowers, plants and wildlife. We are also situated 50 minutes to manchester and the lake district and 25 minutes to Blackpool
