Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. You may sense you’re a world away from the fast pace of life, yet you’re only 20 minutes drive from Liverpool or Chester. With no wi-fi or electricity on site, guests are encouraged to switch off and spend time soaking away the evenings in the hot tub.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

The Owl at Chapel Farm Nantwich

My bespoke Owl has uninterrupted views of the rolling Cheshire countryside, close to Nantwich which is full of historical interest and great pubs and restaurants. All necessities including a separate bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Very comfortable bed settee with bedding. It is fully insulated and cosy. The space is compact but everything you need is there. You’ll love the outdoors space and surrounding neighbourhood. The Owl is great for couples and solo adventurers.

The Outbuilding, Oscroft, Chester

Our outbuilding is a self contained unit with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. It is newly completed and beautifully spacious and light. It is directly opposite a working farm and overlooks our orchard with a small patio area. There are chickens in the orchard. Parking is immediately outside the Outbuilding, shared with the main house. Oscroft is a 15 minute walk from Tarvin from which a bus can be taken into Chester. It is a 20 minute drive into Chester city centre.

Private Indoor Pool & Tennis Court

Secluded and beautiful farm surrounded by 25 acres of farmland. Watch horses with their foals in the fields, and see the squirrels play in trees from your bedroom windows. Relax in the private pool, enjoy a game of tennis or learn to play snooker. Ideal for families or a romantic break for couples. Wander around some 10 acres of fields and woodland or walk along the river's edge. All private and exclusive. Remember to bring your walking boots or wellies.
