The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The Waterloo Bay foreshore with BBQ facilities and children’s playground is just 1km away. We enjoy the cool breezes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, bars and a post office all within a 5 minute walk. Access to the main highways, airport and the Chandler sports centre is not far.

This apartment is 128 sq.m. It boasts a secluded balcony, complete with outdoor furniture to seat at least 8-10. It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

Unique tiny home, 3km to the water front, private bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, located in quiet and safe cul de sac. 10 minutes walk from the Wellington Point Main Street shopping precinct with cafes, restaurants, a chemist, newsagent, bakery, florist, massage, quaint retail shops plus the famous Hogan’s pub and Old Bill’s Whiskey Bar. There’s also a gym, Pilates, hair and beauty salons, petrol station with mechanic and dry cleaners.
