Kitchen/dining room with gas cooker/oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Iron and ironing board and gas centre heating. Lounge has a smart Tv and WiFi.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside.
