A cosy and relaxing "home from home" stay awaits you at this centrally located Victorian property in the historic and quirky town of Matlock Bath, where you'll be greeted with breath taking views across the Derbyshire Dales. Our property comes supplied with everything from board games, books, Netflix, dvds, games console to baking equipment should the mood take you. There are several cafes, pubs and restaurants to choose from aswell as entertainment to keep you amused all in walking distance.

Situated in the heart of Matlock Bath (accessible by train), this unique cosy but spacious cottage has a wealth of original features and a secure walled garden, with a sunny deck and courtyard. Beautifully furnished, with an eclectic mix of contemporary, vintage and antique French furniture. There are 3 bedrooms, upstairs bathroom - freestanding bath/toilet+downstairs shower room/toilet. Matlock Bath is a perfect base for exploring the Peak District, with beautiful walks from the cottage door.

Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. This unique self contained peaceful cottage is 250 years old and set in the centre of the beautiful village of Bonsall in the Peak District and within easy reach of all amenities. The cottage was once a Pigeon loft and has been transformed and renovated into a simple characterful living space within the conservation area. Our comfortable first floor self catering holiday apartment, Cobbles, is to the rear of the original pub but is now the Fountain tearooms. The apartment has a spacious king size double bedroom and twin room, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, each with flat screen TV. The village has 2 beautiful local pubs, village shop and a tea rooms serving freshly made produce. Rooms with a View

A self-contained annexe, with its own kitchen and bathroom plus a separate bedroom on an open-plan mezzanine floor above, accessible via a spiral staircase. There is a large comfortable sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate two adults. There is free parking on the drive for one car. The open-plan nature of the layout make the annexe most suitable to a couple or family of 3 (or 3 close friends!) Please be aware that the stairs can prove challenging to older visitors.

The very pretty village of Bonsall lies just south west of Matlock, hidden up in the limestone hills and surrounded by glorious scenery. The village is on the Limestone Way and on the Peak District Boundary Walk. Bakers Yard Cottage is a four bedroom stone built cottage situated on a quiet lane, close to the centre of Bonsall. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an enclosed rear courtyard and has private parking for 1 car with additional on-street parking nearby.
