Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.

We call the property Honey Creek. The guesthouse is located next to our primary residence on a beautiful wooded 10 acres just 2 miles east of Augusta.
