A comfortable, spacious 3-bedroom house conveniently located for all the town's shops and amenities. Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. The garden is sunny and sheltered with a large patio and other seating areas. The house has a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large lounge and a separate dining room. Upstairs has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.

Kellas Lodge

The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

The house is well located for Elgin town centre which is a 10/15 min walk.2 parking spaces are provided. It’s a home from home with new decked outdoor seating at the rear. Gas central heating. 2 double beds, kitchen, bathroom. Please check the house rules, additional information section for any questions you might have which could help when looking to book. Distilleries all in a short drive . Glen Moray distillery a 10 minute walk . I visit my guests to say a quick hello.

Old schoolhouse in the countryside

Cosy, homely, private cottage in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. Light the log burner and sit back to relax. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.

Taighsona Bothy, Speyside - amazing views!

Taighsona Bothy is located in the heart of Speyside, with incredible views out over Ben Rinnes and the Convals. We are peacefully situated only a few minute’s walk from Archiestown and on the famous Malt Whisky Trail. Aberlour and the famous Speyside Way are a short walk down through the stunning countryside and forest. Dufftown and Craigellachie are a few minutes drive away.

Ideal for couples or a small family. Lliving-dining area with wood burning stove, smart HD-TV with Freeview apps and WiFi. Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single room with a sofa bed and shower room. We cannot safely accommodate toddlers or very young children under 6yrs. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.

Rockpool Cottage - Cosy Old Fisherman's Cottage

Rockpool is a 200 year old fisherman's cottage, set back a few yards from the seafront, with sea views from the front door. It provides all modern comforts, whilst retaining its traditional features. The wood burning stove together with the Rayburn, ensure the cottage is warm and cosy all year round! En-suite bathroom and cloakroom.
