We are about 12 minutes from I70 and border 5,600 acres of public land where the Tuscarora Trail is located. This cabin is modern and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, HVAC system, washer, dryer, fireplaces, fire pits, a hot tub, private white sand beach, fishing, wildlife viewing, 4 charcoal grills, and a deck overlooking Licking Creek.

The nearest building is a half mile away, and you truly have your own space while enjoying a fantastic view from the deck! Outside, there is a large deck with an outdoor table, grill, and hot tub. Just off the deck is a campfire area. Inside, the cabin offers an open layout with a sleeping Loft, a full kitchen, a cozy living space with 2 sofas and a recliner, a flat screen tv, and an electric fireplace.

Kitchen is fully stocked, pots and pans, gas grill outside, dining room, family room, electric fire place , and two bedrooms on main floor. A third bedroom upstairs along with loft with extra bed. Set about a quarter mile off the road, our pet friendly solar powered vacation cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone trying to spend some alone time with nature! As well as exclusive access to the hot tub, fire pit and pond outside! We also have various shared hiking trails through the woods surrounding the cottage for campers and cottage guests to enjoy!

There is also a nice Mountain View from the room.
