Die Wohnung wurde nach meine Vorstellungen designt und gebaut, vieles individuell angefertigt,Wobei auf die Verwendung natürlich Materialien geachtet. So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. The apartment is located on the 9th floor, in the most beautiful part of the Adjara region called Gonio, close to the best beaches of Batumi. There is free parking on site. Two-bedroom apartments with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea are ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.
