Located on this one of a kind spot, the front of the home is considered Historic Harpers Ferry, and the back Historic Bolivar. Either way you look at it you are centrally located within walking distance. On a private road it is not only private, it is quiet. There is a quaint bakery at the top of Boundary Street to the right and to the left there are 2 restaurants, and the local band hot spot. You will find this spot VERY spacious as it is a 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen that is almost 1000 sq ft.

The Villa is not pet friendly.

A nice outside covered fire pit with plenty of wood and a tranquil creek across the street. no stove. There is a microwave, toaster ,hot plate for cooking & outdoor grill

Or a small hop off Route 30. This little haven is close to 2 State Parks. Meadow Grounds is wonderful for fishing and has a great tail to hike to Jarret Falls. Cowens Gap is a smaller lake, but has rental boats, fishing, a swimming beach, and 1 easy, 6 moderate & 5 hard trails to hike. Trails are on the All Trails app.

There are a set of fairly steep steps that lead to the bedroom, so please ensure that you are able to climb these (see pics). There is a small sitting room, bathroom and kitchenette on the first floor, and the bedroom is the only thing on the 2nd floor. There is plenty to do in historic Gettysburg, or if you like to ski or snowboard, Ski Liberty is only about 20 mins away!
