There is a 24x30 covered carport with overhead lighting and electrical outlet to park boats, lake toys, ATV’s/UTV’s or vehicles if you wish. The Driveway for this property is over 20 feet wide at the road for easy backing in and out with boats, jet ski's, side by side trailers.

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
