Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

With Langsett and Holme Styes Reservoirs both just a few minutes drive away, this is a perfect base for walking, cycling or just simply a relaxing break.

A beautiful characterful cottage in a peaceful location next to the river in the heart of Holmfirth and is the perfect place to relax and a short stroll to independent shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. There’s plenty to do with popular folk, art, film, food festivals or why not book a wine tasting tour of Holmfirth Vineyard or catch a gig at the Picture Drome. Also a walking and cycling enthusiast's paradise with the Peak District National Park, Pennine Way and moorland on your doorstep.

No. 18, Holmfirth is a cosy, quirky cottage - three minutes walk to the centre of Holmfirth. Perfectly located for the Picturedrome, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It's at the top of a steep road, but benefits from amazing, countryside views from the top (and the H3 bus runs up every hour!). Holmfirth Vineyard is close by. Cannon Hall Farm and Yorkshire Sculpture Park are about 20 minutes drive. Close to the Peak District national park 🏞️.

Smithy Cottage Holmbridge, Holmfirth

Smithy Cottage is a purpose furnished self catering holiday let and offers excellent accommodation for 4-5 people. It is not a party or reunion venue. The location is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and visitors to Holmfirth Picturedrome and the many nearby wedding locations. Regarding dogs, prior consent is required. There is a £10 fee per dog per stay, maximum two dogs. Please refer to the rules below in 'Other details to note'.
