La casa è composta da un'ampia zona giorno,una camera matrimoniale con vista,una seconda camera con letto a castello, bagno e cucina completamente equipaggiata.Un'ampio porticato abbraccia due lati della casa.

L'appartamento (interno al Residence) unico per l'ampiezza e la posizione a strapiombo sul mare, è ideale per rilassarvi. Qui potrete scegliere se godervi la spiaggetta privata (con ombrellone e lettini), visitare le più belle spiagge del sud ovest Sardegna o scoprire le nostre bellezze paesaggistiche e archeologiche. Troverete una camera da letto con vista mare, un comodo divano letto per altre due persone, un terrazzino dove utilizzare il barbecue elettrico, un bagno e una cucina attrezzata.

La casa è in località malfatano a 1,8 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda (tra cui 800 mt di strada sterrata) La casa garantisce privacy e tranquillità. L'immobile è di circa 65 mq con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno cucina e bagno. la casa è dotata di condizionatori. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda, un barbecue un forno a legna e campo da tennis. A poca distanza le spiagge di Chia capo spartivento e tutta la costa di Teulada sino a raggiungere le dune Is Arenas Biancas.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

The house consists of a living-dining room with three sofas and a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The annexe sleeps two people and has a bathroom with an outdoor shower...

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La villa immersa nel verde, avendo alle spalle le montagne, offre la possibilità di percorsi trekking mozzafiato a picco sul mare.
