In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

We have 4 self catering family garden pods available that each sleep 5 people, with a double and 3 bunk beds in a separate bedroom. Built to the highest standards with full central heating, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Tassimo Coffee machine. Entertainment is provided by a 32" smart tv with all Freesat channels, and free superfast wi-fi. Ensuite shower room with power shower. All bedding and soft, fluffy towels are included in the price. Indoor 20 seater BBQ pod for guests use.

We are pet friendly and welcome up to two well behaved pets.

50thehighstreet is a spacious three-storey townhouse in the heart of Kingussie. Perfect, for exploring the Highlands. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, it sleeps up to 12 guests, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a Victorian-style lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker. There is also a patio with seating and a Kamado charcoal/wood BBQ. Free on-street bay parking outside. Pet friendly – one pet free, £10 per extra pet.

The Knockie Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage with bathroom and private access. Enjoy the views of the Highlands (approx 27 miles from Inverness) with its beautiful open countryside and mountains. Just outside you have Loch Knockie that attracts a variety of wildlife and is great for brown trout fly fishing. Enjoy fishing in the private Loch nan Lann. The Cottage is perfectly situated for exploring Loch Ness and enjoy hiking the beautiful hills.
