"Sous Les Ecotagnes" proche Clusaz & Grand Bornand

Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1800 peut loger confortablement 10 personnes sur 2 niveaux et 150m² habitables. Ce chalet comprend 5 chambres , 2 salles de douche et 2 toilettes séparées. Il se situe aux Villards sur Thônes , à 900 m d'altitude, à égale distance de la Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et proche de Annecy. Une rénovation complète en 2018 a été réalisée en conservant l'esprit d'authenticité qui marque ce type d'habitat . Le chalet n'est pas adapté aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite.

Chalet avec vue et jardin

Chalet de 42 m² très paisible situé au milieu des montagnes idéal pour la détente. Péage Annecy nord à 15 mn. Vous profitez des stations de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand à 20 km, du lac d'Annecy à 9 km, de Thônes avec son marché à 9 km. Randonnée en montagne, promenades et VTT sur place. Aire de jeux, city stade à 1 km (Bcp+ dans mon guide de voyage ci-dessous). Cuisine induction, lave vaisselle, prise VE, jardin équipé, abris, transat. Arrivée à 16h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.

Ce joli T3 situé au 1er étage de notre maison avec accès indépendant par un escalier extérieur se compose d'une belle pièce de vie avec séjour et cuisine entièrement équipée, offrant une vue magnifique sur le lac d'Annecy. Vous disposez de 2 chambres, avec chacune 1 lit en 160 . Une salle de douche avec WC. Un petit jardin avec terrasse extérieure est à votre disposition pour prendre vos repas. Nous avons aussi un parking à disposition. Le cadre est très calme et relaxant.

Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.
