Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Facile d'accès pour visiter le centre ville et la région le studio est idéal pour 2 pers. mais 1 lit peut être utilisé pour 1 pers supplémentaires Jardin : une partie est réservée aux hôtes avec une pergola Les chiens peuvent etre accepté avec mon accord uniquement TV, Wifi

Un magnifique appartement vaste et lumineux, calme, confortable et accueillant. près du centre et bien desservi par les transports en commun, 2 chambres, 2 salons, 1 grand balcon, 1 salle de bain, de belles pièces à vivre. 2 lits doubles et possibilité de rajouter 2 matelas d'appoint. Parking au disc dans la rue (toujours de la place) ou 15CHF la journée; sinon place de parking couvert possible (environ 20CHF/jour selon durée du séjour et disponibilités). Bel appartement indépendant et balcon proche plage

Logement propre, paisible et proche (2 minutes à pieds) de la plage de Lutry. Il est à 600 m de la gare CFF, et 270 m de l'arrêt de bus "Corniche", et à 700 m (8min) du centre de Lutry, à 4 min (300m) du centre commercial Coop Il y a un balcon (5m2) donnant sur le Lavaux, les Préalpes et un bout du lac. Il n'y a pas de place de parc disponible autour de l'immeuble (déchargement possible). Je pourrais vous prêter un vélo si vous le désirez.
