All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Le balcon est aménagé avec du mobilier. Migros, Coop, gare centrale et station de métro à 2–5 minutes à pied. Boutiques, parcs, opéra, cathédrale, etc. à environ 10 minutes. Il est interdit de fumer dans l’appartement. Uniquement sur la terrasse!
