In the heart of the city, you'll find delicious restaurants and shopping boutiques and thanks to the closeby bus line 5ZE, you can enjoy the Poetto beach in 20 minutes! Overlooking the nearby mountains, the villa "Mavi" is situated in Quartucciu and impresses guests with pleasant views. The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate 10 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
