The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided.

Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.
