Part of a traditional stone barn conversion located in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, the Spinney offers space as well as the comfort of modern living. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, and everything you need for you and your furry friend, we are sure you will have a great time here! Peaceful setting, close to popular visitor attractions!

Self-catering holiday home, sleeps 8, 3 shower/bath, situated in the Peak District National Park- stunning views from every room. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with walks from the doorstep, cycling, climbing and swimming in the famous Hathersage lido. A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. Perfect for two couples or a family an immaculate contemporary cottage in the Peak National Park, a stones throw from Chatsworth. A perfect spot to get away, relax and explore the stunning countryside right from the door. The cottage features beautiful outdoor spaces, a large stone fireplace with woodburning stove, wooden shutters, exposed beams, a fully fitted hand made kitchen, walk in rain showers and romantic roll top bath. BBQ on one of the two terraces or just relax and take in the view.

Holly Cottage a great place for a country break

Holly Cottage is a stylish contemporary barn conversion combining cottage charm with spacious accommodation and excellent modern facilities in a lovely rural setting. Set in the grounds of a small farm and private stables with lovely views of the of the surrounding countryside. Ideally situated for exploring the Peak District and local area. Holly Cottage offers a spacious modern Kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room with TV also two good size double bedrooms, modern bathroom and outside space.

This barn is not for everyone; it is no ordinary holiday cottage, but a retreat for the senses. A unique chance to step back in time, a place where time stands still. The antidote to the fast-pace of life, up here you will feel as though you’re in another world. This 17th century barn is a love note to its 1960s conversion, with all its quirky features still intact. There are no screens, the lighting is low and warm, you will not hear a sound apart from the birdsong. For some, it is heaven.

One of just six farmhouses in the rural parish of Gratton, Dale End House is found on a quiet lane in the heart of the Peak District National Park. It enjoys unspoilt countryside, popular with walkers and mountain bikers alike yet is only six miles from Bakewell and Matlock. We discovered Dale End House whilst mountain biking through Gratton Dale and instantly fell in love with it. Surrounded by breath-taking views, and abundant wildlife - Gratton is one of Derbyshire’s best-kept secrets.

Clover Lodge - Hot tub, Sauna & Countryside Views

Clover Lodge is situated in Beeley, Derbyshire and just a short drive to Bakewell, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the beautiful sites of the Peak District. This property was converted from a former stable block in Summer 2019 and sleeps four in superb accommodation with a cosy contemporary feel. The property boasts a private hot tub to enjoy if the weather allows and there is also a sauna on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site.

Thistledown Cottage, Snitterton near Matlock

Situated in the Peak District National Park, locations don't come much better than this. Thistledown Cottage provides superb views across the valley and lovely walks from the door. A brisk riverside stroll will soon get you to the local pubs in Darley Bridge. Matlock, with its county town facilities is a 5 minute drive. The property is close to the Peak District's wealth of attractions, including Chatsworth House, Dove Dale and Haddon Hall A beautiful haven to discover the area

Spinney Farm Cottage, fantastic views - sleeps 4

Spinney Farm cottage is set in an idyllic rural location on a quiet country lane overlooking the village of Bonsall. Footpaths on your doorstep lead you into the beautiful countryside. Spinney Farm is the home to a herd of alpacas which you are welcome to visit and you may also see the cows from Puddle Hill farm in the nearby fields. Spinney Farm cottage is set in a dry stone wall enclosure therefore a safe and secure place for children to play and for you to sit and relax.

Bottom Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Peak District National Park. This cosy barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to a one bedroom, one bathroom detached annex, perfect for a weekend getaway. Situated in a delightful, quiet hillside village, the cottage is within walking distance to pubs, shops and beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail are just some of the attractions in the area. Sleeps 2+2.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.
