Part of a traditional stone barn conversion located in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, the Spinney offers space as well as the comfort of modern living. With cosy underfloor heating throughout, and everything you need for you and your furry friend, we are sure you will have a great time here! Peaceful setting, close to popular visitor attractions!

Studio Annexe on the Edge of the Peak District

A bright and airy ground floor annexe, used solely for guests. With its own entrance, a comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio area, you are guaranteed a relaxing and private stay. Nestled away in the village of Tupton on the edge of the Peak District, we hope that you can find a place to relax, eat and explore. If you're with us for work, moving house or to see family, then we have everything you need from pots and pans to a washing machine as well as a space to park.

Wasp Nest Cottage, Peak District

Sitting on the edge of the Peak District, a stone’s throw from open fields, woodland and moors - sits a 19th Century cosy mill worker’s cottage. Two pubs and a shop are within easy walking distance and Chatsworth House is a beautiful 7 mile wander over the hill. Marvel at the lovely centuries old tree slice, coffee table and huge slice of elm breakfast bar, enjoy chopping boards, pottery and soft furnishings from the local artisans - just some of the magic the Peak District has to offer.

The Kennels

Kick off your walking boots, wash down your bike or just park up the car, this freshly converted kennels is the place to relax for a few days. Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. You can start exploring from the door step; we can help with guides, directions and recommendations. The room can be configured as a luxury Super King or twin beds.

Barn conversion in Derbyshire

300 year old barn converted into a two-bedroomed property set on the owner's 5-acre small holding with goats and chickens. Wake up in the morning with a curious goat overlooking the courtyard waiting for a cracker or two. Set next door to the owner's farmhouse but with complete privacy. Located 8 miles out of Matlock on the edge of the Peak District. Pub within walking distance. The nearest town is Clay Cross. The maximum capacity is 4 including children/infants. All fees are included.

The Garden Room

The Annexe is self contained in the garden of our home in Wingerworth. Private entrance through small conservatory . Shower room , fridge, kettle, toaster , microwave. Cereals, bread, butter and preserves provided. Close to countryside and Peak District National Park . On drive parking. Bus stops nearby to Chesterfield and Derby with links by bus/train from Chesterfield Rail Station. Good local walks and Chatsworth Estate 20 minutes drive. Excellent Pub/Restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Woolley Lodge Farm Retreat

A brand new fully furnished wooden lodge situated within the grounds of a working farm, with views across open countryside. The cabin has been furnished to a high standard and includes a double bedroom with double bed. The kitchen has a full size fridge with small freezer, full size oven and a microwave. It has a small bathroom with a full size corner shower. It has its own entrance, parking and a beautiful decked area and fire pit and BBQ . Not suitable for children or pets

Great area for walking, cycling and sight seeing.

Located a mile from Chesterfield town centre. The property consists of a large open plan lounge/kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room with bunk beds. The garden is south facing and there is private parking. There are a range of bars, cafe's, restaurants and local amenities just a short walk from the property. Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Peak District are 15 minutes drive away.
